Ivy Creek is a 550-acre, luxury residential community comprised of 56 large lots of single family detached dwelling units.  The development is structured around a natural stream valley with an extensive open space system that includes 175 acres of working farm, three lakes and walking paths.  Fitted to the contours of the land, the design of Ivy Creek attempts to preserve the natural beauty of the Piedmont setting while enhancing the landscape with man-made lakes and site sensitive landscape design.

Responsibilities ranged from site analysis and master planning to development guidelines, landscape architecture and final engineering documents for the overall property as well as individual lots.
